INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA SIDE Istanbul Harman Folklore & Youth Sport Club organisation would like seeing your dance group in INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA folklore culture festival, which will be held JUNE - AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2011. We are willing to organise, expand this International folklore festival every year and would like to see different cultures from all over the World. 1-INTRODUCTION Our aim is not only to bring different culture together but also we will be so glad to indroduce our historical ancient beside providing you wonderfull beaches at MEDITERIANNE seashore and mythology , historical and lovely manavgat waterfalls at the south region part of Turkey .
The
beach is, of course, one of Side' main attractions, and
it is hard to rival the quality of the sand or the
length of the beach, with plenty of space to sunbathe
even in high season. The beaches are situated to the
east and west of the old town - to the west is the main
hotel area so the beaches are busier with more
activities. To the east the beach is undeveloped and
much quieter - wander amongst the sand dunes and be
surprised by ancient ruins.Distance

Now we would like to let you know about hotel
accommodation Rooms for 2 -3 people including shower-toilet, 24 hours hot water Including air-condition, TV, telephone Breakfast- Lunch -Dinner full board and open buffet. A place for practice dance and also football –voleyball . FESTIVAL CONDITION We will invite 4 or 5 countries every period of the festival in 2011. International INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA SIDE CULTURE FESTIVAL 2011 is open to the groups such ( Folklore, Modern Dance, Brass band majorette ,Choir singing groups, street theatre groups,children, young and adult groups). The groups should bring their own national two flags, banners for the ceremonies. Groups have to send us their all necessary documents such as their recently presentation a short brief about their background, their previously activities in abroad, group photos of the group by E-mail. Groups can participate minimum 20 max 45 number of people including bus drivers, regarding festival rules only one leader is free . During the festival, there will be meeting and welcome party group leaders with festival committee and municipality mayor gift exchange, PERFORMANCE : Groups will perform at the stage near the seaside open air and 10-15 munities 3 night with CD or Live music. There is no change room for costume. PARTICIPATION FEE: 120 Euro per person for 4 nights. Groups will arrive on Thursday noon (lunch and dinner will be given) and on Monday morning after breakfast will leave from festival area. Depends on the group’s desire before or after festival groups can come and stay extra days on condition that of course they will pay extra cost for these extra days. Extra one day staying at the same hotel cost is 27 Euro per person per day Each confirmed group participating in the International Festival needs to send a deposit to the Organising Committee’s offices of 1,000 Euros at a date agreed to by both parties after confirmation of participation. This deposit is non-refundable. If your group is coming by PLANE to ANTALYA AIRPORT , the groups responsible for to pay their own international transfer expenses. ANTALYA –SIDE – ANTALYA bus transportation cost is 600 Euro. You have to pay rest of cost at the first day of the festival to one of Harman responsible person who will be join during the festival period. Payments will be in cash. FREE ACTIVITIES : Festival organisation committee will provide to each group an English speaking guide; also will organize tours such visiting historical and touristic places, famous waterfall, public bazaar, and museum entry with fee.In the morning swimming pool and afternoon depends on group desire different kind beaches. One day sightseeing in Antalya ( shopping centre – Luna park ) Manavgat waterfall. Side antique theater and city. Side shopping public bazaar.
